GROW Cookbook
We are delighted to have been involved with the design and production of the new GROW Cookbook in association with Deloitte. The book went on sale from Monday 4th October in selected Guernsey outlets including The Lexicon, The Hook, Rocquettes Hotel, Health Connections, Chamber of Commerce, Creasey’s and you can purchase online at www.blueormer.co.uk/?page_id=3242. There will be further locations to come, so keep your eyes peeled. The books cost £10 and all proceeds go directly to GROW to help raise funds for their brilliant new development project. The book includes stunning photography of some really mouthwatering recipes provided by 10 top local chefs from well known Guernsey restaurants. All of the recipes use the delicious produce grown by the Crew at GROW. This is a great community project so please support local and buy a copy if you can!
