Blue Bottle Gin Packaging
We were commissioned by Matthew Polli at Blue Bottle Gin to create a new design and refresh the existing gift box packaging for Blue Bottle Gin in order to reflect the growing popularity and continue to increase the brand awareness of this special Guernsey product. This led us to use a bold design creating the signature blue bottle fly illustration much larger and wrapped around three sides of the gift box. This allows it to work as an individual box on the shelves but it also has added impact when used as three boxes and the two sides turned to face front to create one large image thus allowing for flexibility on the shelves and creating a much more powerful impact for the brand. We used a silver foil and a blue foil as well embossing on the Blue Bottle logo and small flies, one on top of the lid and the other on the back, these add visual impact and help create a more premium look and feel.
