The Elizabethan 2020
2020 has been a strange and unsettling year for all of us and education has of course been effected quite considerably. The Elizabeth College had to adapt to the lockdown in Guernsey by taking teaching online and students and parents also had to come to terms with the reality of remote learning. This disruption and adaptation also effected the initial return to school with one way systems and social distancing in place, which has been reflected in the content of this year's Elizabethan including the cover illustration. It is remarkable for many reasons that this publication was able to happen at all this year, but thanks to #GuernseyTogether and the amazing support of our advertisers, we were able to make it possible in a truly unprecedented and unpredictable time.
