Guernsey Post 'Liberation 75' Stamp Set
We were delighted to be asked by Guernsey Post to work on a set of commemorative stamps marking the celebrations of the 75th Anniversary of Liberation Day in Guernsey. Each of the stamps in the set blends illustrative images of the modern-day celebrations with elements of the stamps produced during World War II. The bisect and the colours used in the lower half reflect the stamps issued during the war, along with the small design details and wording across the foot of each stamp. Using a fun and bold vector illustration style, we designed a set of six Stamps, Presentation Pack, First Day Cover, Selvedge Sheets and Cancellation Stamp to complete the set.
